SIM → FIELD · Simulation-first robotics
First proven in simulation, then built on site.
We build physics-based digital twins of your robotic cells and production lines, validating reach, cycle time and collision risk before you invest. Then we deliver the validated system on site, end to end.

01Industrial Automation
See your robotic cell before you sign.
Digital twin feasibility for factories and production lines, followed by end-to-end robotic cell and line integration. We solve problems in simulation before the contract, not by trial and error on site.
The Sim → Field process
- 01
On-site discovery
We review your product, cycle target, floor space and existing equipment together at your facility.
- 02
Digital twin report
We build the cell virtually with real physics and report on reach, cycle time and collision risk.
- 03
Robot choice & program
We select the right robot for the job, turn the motions into a robot program and test it before installation.
- 04
End-to-end on-site delivery
We install and commission the validated system on site and hand it over fully to your team.
What we validate
- REACH
Reach
Whether the robot reaches every pick and place point.
- CYCLE
Cycle time
Whether the target parts per hour is met, down to the second.
- COLLISION
Collision risk
Clashes between robot, fixtures, conveyors and nearby equipment.
- CLEARANCE
Safety distances
The distances to keep from operators and surrounding equipment.
Feasibility fee credited to install
The simulation study comes at a reasonable fee. If you award the installation to Praxtify, the feasibility fee is deducted from the installation price.
The usual way
Trial and error on site
- Problems surface after installation
- Cycle time is discovered on site
- Changes mean downtime and extra cost
The Praxtify way
Proof before signature
- Reach and collisions seen in advance
- Cycle time is measured in simulation
- Installation starts from a validated plan
02R&D and Vision
From simulation to autonomy.
We carry the simulation and field experience gained in industrial projects into advanced autonomy research.
- R&D
Space & Defense R&D
High-precision kinematic simulation and autonomy research for critical systems. Dual-use civilian technology, within regulatory limits.
- VISION
Advanced Consumer Robotics
Autonomous assistant systems for living spaces and everyday tasks; our future physical product and hardware vision.
