- Decision Responsibility: Any business decisions made based on AI outputs or automated insights are solely your responsibility.
- No Professional Advice: Our AI solutions do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.
Automation System Limitations
- System Dependencies: Automations rely on third-party APIs, services, and integrations which may change, fail, or become unavailable without notice.
- No Uptime Guarantee: While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific uptime percentages.
- Data Processing: Automated processes may experience delays, errors, or failures due to factors beyond our control.

No Liability for Third-Party Issues
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for:
- Failures, outages, or errors in third-party services including but not limited to:
- Cloud hosting providers (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, etc.)
- AI API providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)
- Automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.)
- Payment processors
- Email service providers
- Any other integrated third-party services
Third-Party Costs
- External Charges: You are solely responsible for all costs incurred from third-party services including:
- Cloud infrastructure costs (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure)
- AI API usage fees (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Database and storage costs
- Data transfer and bandwidth charges
- Any other third-party service fees
- Cost Monitoring: We recommend monitoring your third-party service usage and costs independently. We are not responsible for unexpected charges from third-party providers.
Data and Information
No Data Guarantee
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data processed through our systems
- You are responsible for validating all data and outputs before making business decisions
- We are not liable for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access resulting from third-party service failures
Your Data Responsibility
- You retain full responsibility for your data accuracy and compliance
- You must maintain appropriate backups of critical data
- You are responsible for ensuring your data complies with applicable laws and regulations
Limitation of Liability
Maximum Liability Cap
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Third-party claims related to your data or business operations
Governing Law
This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Republic of Turkey.
