Industrial Automation

We build your factory's digital twin.

We build a physics-based digital twin of your cell or line and show you the results before you invest. If you want, we then build the system with our own robots and install it on site.

01Digital twin

What is a digital twin?

A digital twin is a working virtual copy of a physical production line, machine or robot cell. Buying a robot and equipment to try them on site is costly and slow. A digital twin answers the same questions before you order hardware, using real physics and real dimensions.

Physical cell

Digital twin

Same dimensions, same laws of physics

What's in a digital twin?

  • MODEL

    A model of the cell

We bring the robot, conveyor, fixtures and surrounding equipment into the virtual space at real dimensions.

  • PHYSICS

    Laws of physics

We simulate the robot's real motion, taking mass, friction, contact and motor limits into account.

  • SCENARIOS

    Different scenarios

We compare layout, speed and product options against each other without stopping your floor.

  • MEASUREMENT

    Measurable results

We report reach, cycle time and collision values in a form you can base your decision on.

02Process

How we work

We meet with you and set the scope. You can ask for a physics study only, or for production and installation too. The price depends on the scope, and payment is made up front.

  1. 01

    On-site discovery

We review your product, cycle time target, layout space and existing equipment at your facility, and define the project scope together with you.

  2. 02

    Robot selection

We select the right Praxtify robot based on your product's size and weight, your cycle time target and your layout, and explain the reasoning.

  3. 03

    Digital twin and feasibility report

We build the cell virtually at real dimensions and share the reach, cycle time and collision results in a report so that you can make your decision.

  4. 04

    Programming

We turn the validated motions into a robot program and test it in simulation before moving to the field, which reduces installation risks.

  5. 05

    Production and installation

We build the validated robot, install and commission it at your facility, then hand it over to your team in working order with the information needed.

03Report

What is in the feasibility report?

  • LAYOUT

    Cell layout

Shows the measured position of the robot, conveyor, fixtures and other equipment in the space.

  • REACH

    Reach

Shows whether the robot reaches all pick and place points, along with its reach envelope.

  • CYCLE

    Cycle time

Shows whether your target units per hour can be met, broken down second by second.

  • COLLISION

    Collision risk

Reveals possible clashes between the robot and nearby equipment before anyone is on site.

  • CLEARANCE

    Safety distances

Shows whether the distances required around operators and nearby equipment are maintained.

  • ADVICE

    Robot recommendation

Presents the right Praxtify robot and layout as a recommendation, with the reasoning.

04Applications

Applications

  • Packaging

Boxing, grouping and bulk packing of finished products on the line.

  • Palletizing

Stacking cartons and sacks onto pallets in a defined pattern.

  • Assembly

Joining parts repeatably and with consistent precision every time.

  • Machine tending

Loading parts into machines and presses, then unloading them.

Which tools do we use?

Physics-based modeling is done with MuJoCo and Python. We develop the robot and its control software ourselves.

05FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does a feasibility study take?

It depends on the scope of the cell. We give you a clear schedule after the discovery visit.

How is the price set?

The price depends on the scope. It can be a physics study only, or production and installation. Payment is made up front.

Do you install other brands of robots?

No. We only install robots we design and build ourselves.

What do production and installation cover?

Building the robot, its software, the control panel, installation and handover to your team. The exact scope is written in the quote.

Can I order a physics study only?

Yes. We set the scope and price of the study accordingly.

06Request Feasibility

Request feasibility

Fill in the form and we will define the scope together. Pricing follows the scope, and payment is made up front.
