Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), Praxtify, LLC, as data controller, informs you about the personal data processed when you join our early access list and visit our website.

- Transaction security data: an irreversible hash of the IP address, technical server logs and technical details of errors on the site.
- Usage data (only with your explicit consent): pages visited and navigation on the site, with a pseudonymous identifier.
3. Purposes of processing
- Contacting you when the early access programme opens and confirming your sign-up,
- Sending product news and the newsletter if you have given explicit consent,
- Ensuring information security and preventing abuse of the form,
- Presenting the website according to your preferences,
- Detecting and fixing errors on the site,
- Measuring usage to improve the site, if you have given explicit consent,
- Fulfilling legal obligations.
4. Collection method and legal bases
Your personal data is collected electronically and automatically through the early access form and cookies on our website. It is processed on the following legal bases under Article 5(2) of the KVKK:
- Sub-paragraph (c) — processing is directly related to entering into a contract (handling your early access request),
- Sub-paragraph (f) — our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (information security, abuse prevention),
- Sub-paragraph (ç) — fulfilling our legal obligations.
Sending the newsletter and product news and measuring site usage ("Accept all" in the cookie window) rely solely on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5(1)). You may withdraw it at any time, after which no commercial messages will be sent to you and your use of the site will not be measured (change your choice via the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of the page).
5. Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to our suppliers established abroad that provide hosting (Vercel Inc.), email delivery and list management (Resend, Inc.), abuse prevention and consent records (Upstash, Inc.), email correspondence (Google LLC), error monitoring (Functional Software, Inc. — Sentry) and, only with your explicit consent, site usage measurement (PostHog, Inc.), limited to the purposes above and in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. It may be disclosed to authorised public institutions upon request, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to which it is transferred,
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK, and request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom it was transferred,
- object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems,
- claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
7. How to apply
Send your requests, with information that allows us to verify your identity, to info@praxtify.com. Requests are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature; if the action requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
