1. Early access programme
- Joining the early access list is free and does not give you a right to access the product or a guarantee of access by any particular date.
- We invite participants in small groups as the product becomes ready. We may change the scope, timeline or conditions of the programme, or end it.
- Use of the product itself will be governed by a separate service agreement presented with your invitation.
2. Using the site
- You provide accurate information that belongs to you; you may not sign up on behalf of someone else.
- You may not use the site to make automated bulk sign-ups, try to bypass its security or disrupt its operation.
3. Intellectual property
The texts, logo, trademarks and design elements on the site belong to or are licensed by Praxtify, LLC. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
4. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will operate without interruption or error. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site. These terms do not affect any statutory consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.
