This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is processed when you visit the website at https://praxtify.com and join our early access list.
1. Data controller
Your personal data is processed by Praxtify, LLC ("Praxtify", "we"), established in the United States.

2. What we process
- Your email address — when you submit the early access form.
- Your language preference — so we know which language to write to you in.
- Your newsletter permission — whether you ticked the box, the version of the consent text and when you gave it.
- A hash of your IP address — your IP address is not stored in plain text; it is hashed with a secret key so that it cannot be reversed, and used to prevent abuse (for example automated bulk sign-ups).
- Your cookie preferences — the cookies described in our Cookie Policy.
- Technical logs — server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and operations (such as browser type and request time).
- Error reports — when an error occurs on the site, its technical details (page address, browser type, error message) so we can find and fix the problem. Your IP address and personal details are not added to these reports.
- Usage measurement (only with your permission) — if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie window, the pages you visit and how you navigate the site are measured with a pseudonymous identifier to help us improve it. If you do not consent, the measurement tool is not loaded at all.
We do not ask for identification numbers, payment details or special categories of personal data.

4. Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us run the service, and only as far as necessary:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting (United States).
- Resend, Inc. — email delivery and list management (data processed in the EU region; the company is in the United States).
- Upstash, Inc. — abuse prevention and storing the sign-up confirmation record (United States/EU).
- Google LLC (Google Workspace) — answering emails you send to info@praxtify.com.
- Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry) — monitoring errors on the site (data processed in the EU region, in Germany; the company is in the United States).
- PostHog, Inc. — measuring site usage, only if you consented (data processed in the EU region; the company is in the United States).
As some of these providers are located abroad, your data may be transferred internationally. Transfers are carried out with the safeguards required by applicable data protection law.
5. Retention
- A sign-up request awaiting confirmation: deleted automatically after 48 hours if you do not confirm it with the link we email you; you are not added to any list.
- Your early access sign-up: for as long as the early access programme runs, or until you ask us to delete it.
- Your newsletter permission and consent record: until you withdraw it; the withdrawal record is kept for the period required to demonstrate compliance.
- Rate-limit records: a few minutes.
- Error reports: up to 90 days.
- Usage measurement data: up to 12 months. Once you withdraw your consent, no new measurement takes place.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request correction, deletion or restriction of processing, object to processing and withdraw your consent. Users in Türkiye may also exercise their rights under Article 11 of the KVKK. Send your requests to info@praxtify.com. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in our emails or by writing to us.
7. Children
The early access programme is aimed at business users; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, and we will email registered users about significant changes.
