We utilize industry-leading third-party providers including but not limited to:
- Cloud hosting providers (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure)
- AI service providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier)
Important: We implement best security practices, but we are not responsible for security breaches originating from third-party service providers.
Your Responsibilities
Client Obligations
- Maintain confidentiality of access credentials
- Implement appropriate internal security policies
- Promptly report any suspected security incidents
- Use strong passwords and enable MFA when available
- Regularly review user access permissions
Data Protection
- You retain ownership of your data
- You are responsible for backing up critical business data
- You must ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations in your jurisdiction
Security Incident Reporting
If you discover a security vulnerability or incident:
- Email us immediately at: security@praxtify.com
- Do not publicly disclose the issue until we’ve had time to address it
- Provide detailed information to help us investigate
Limitations
- We cannot guarantee 100% security due to the inherent nature of internet-based services
- We are not liable for security breaches caused by third-party services, client negligence, or force majeure events

Data Retention
- Operational data is retained as necessary for service delivery
- Backup data is retained according to our backup policy
- Upon termination, data deletion follows our standard procedures unless otherwise agreed
