Important: We implement best security practices, but we are not responsible for security breaches originating from third-party service providers.

Your Responsibilities

Client Obligations

  • Maintain confidentiality of access credentials
  • Implement appropriate internal security policies
  • Promptly report any suspected security incidents
  • Use strong passwords and enable MFA when available
  • Regularly review user access permissions

Data Protection

  • You retain ownership of your data
  • You are responsible for backing up critical business data
  • You must ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations in your jurisdiction

Security Incident Reporting

If you discover a security vulnerability or incident:

  1. Email us immediately at: security@praxtify.com
  2. Do not publicly disclose the issue until we’ve had time to address it
  3. Provide detailed information to help us investigate

Limitations

  • We cannot guarantee 100% security due to the inherent nature of internet-based services
  • We are not liable for security breaches caused by third-party services, client negligence, or force majeure events

Data Retention

  • Operational data is retained as necessary for service delivery
  • Backup data is retained according to our backup policy
  • Upon termination, data deletion follows our standard procedures unless otherwise agreed
