Buyer: the individual or legal entity that places the order and provides their details during checkout. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Subject of the agreement

This agreement applies to orders you place online in our store and on our Academy site. It covers the following.

• Physical products: the advanced consumer robotics products we build ourselves and Academy kits.
• Academy courses: online courses bought with a one-time payment.
• Academy subscriptions: monthly subscription plans. The plan contents and subscriber kit discounts are shown at checkout.

The main characteristics of the product, the total price including taxes, the shipping fee and the payment and delivery details are shown in the order summary and the pre-contract information. This information forms part of the agreement.

Formation of the agreement

The agreement is formed when you confirm your order and complete payment. We send an order confirmation by email together with this agreement and the order summary. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, a price is obviously wrong, payment cannot be verified or a sanctions restriction applies. In that case we refund the full amount you paid.

Price and payment

Prices are those shown at the time of the order and include taxes. Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe. Your card details are not stored on our systems and are processed directly by Stripe. The currency is shown on the checkout page. Exchange rate differences and foreign transaction fees charged by your bank are outside our control.

Delivery

Physical products are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times, shipping fees, customs and damaged deliveries are covered in the Shipping & Returns Policy. We are responsible for loss of or damage to the product until it is delivered to you or a person you designate.

Academy courses and subscriptions become available in your account once payment is confirmed.

Subscriptions

• A monthly subscription renews automatically on the same day each month until you cancel, and the fee is charged to your saved payment method.
• You can cancel your subscription in your account at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
• No full or partial refunds are given for billing periods that have already started.
• If we change the subscription price, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the renewal date. If you do not accept the new price, you can cancel before the renewal.
• Subscriber kit discounts apply while your subscription is active. The discount rate and conditions are shown at checkout.

Right of withdrawal

Physical products: If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. If several items are delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last item. To withdraw, email support@praxtify.com with your order number. The return process and conditions are set out in the Shipping & Returns Policy.

Academy courses and subscriptions: These are services provided immediately online. If at checkout you expressly request that the service start immediately and acknowledge that you will therefore lose your right of withdrawal, you cannot withdraw and no refund is given once access has been granted. If you do not give this consent, your access starts when the 14-day withdrawal period ends.

There is no right of withdrawal for products made or personalized to your specifications.

Defective products and warranty

If a product is defective, your statutory consumer rights (repair, replacement, price reduction or termination) remain unaffected and we cover the shipping costs. If a product comes with a specific manufacturer warranty, its terms are shown on the product page and in the documents shipped with the product.

Damage caused by use contrary to the manual, unauthorized modifications, impact, contact with liquids or incorrect connections made while assembling a kit is not a defect.

Use and safety

Robots and kits must be used in line with their manuals. Kits are intended for education and hobby use. You are responsible for taking the necessary safety precautions during assembly, soldering and electrical connections. Children should use the products only under adult supervision.

Sanctions and export

We do not sell or deliver to sanctioned countries and regions. You agree not to send the products you buy to these places. Details are on the Sanctions and Export Compliance page.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. This limit does not apply to intent and gross negligence, injury to life and health, or the mandatory statutory rights of consumers.

Complaints and disputes

Please send any complaint to support@praxtify.com first. We will reply within 7 business days. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. The mandatory rights consumers have under the consumer law of their country of residence remain unaffected.

Consumers living in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee within the monetary limits set each year, or to the Consumer Court for disputes above those limits. Consumers living in the European Union may also bring proceedings before the courts of their country of residence.

Records and changes

This agreement and the order summary are sent to you with the order confirmation email and are stored by us. We may update this text. Each order is subject to the version in force on the date it was placed. For questions, write to legal@praxtify.com.
