Who Owns My Data?
Your catalog, buyer data and correspondence belong to you. Praxtify processes them only to provide the service and does not use them to train its own models. Details: Terms of Use Section 7 and the Data Processing Agreement.
Does Praxtify Train AI on My Data?
No. AI providers operate under zero data retention or no-training terms (Other Service Providers).
Who İs the Controller for My Buyers' Data?
You are. Praxtify is the processor and acts only on your instructions (Data Processing Agreement).
Where İs My Data Stored?
The database is in the European Union (Frankfurt); some providers are in the United States. Transfer safeguards: EU SCCs, the UK Addendum and, for Türkiye, the standard contract under KVKK Art. 9 (Privacy Policy Section 6).
Are Credits Refundable?
Your monthly credits reset at the end of each period. Credit packs you purchase are valid for 24 months and are non-refundable. Details: Refund Policy.
What Happens İf I Cancel?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. After that you have 30 days to export your data (Refund Policy, Data Processing Agreement Section 9).
Who Pays for WhatsApp Messages?
Meta bills you directly for message fees; Praxtify does not collect them. Fees for notifications sent to your consultant are borne by Praxtify (Messaging Channels Terms).
Is Cold Email Allowed?
Only with consent or another valid legal basis; for recipients in Türkiye, İYS rules apply. Responsibility rests with the sender (Acceptable Use Policy Section 2).
What İf the AI Drafts a Wrong Quote?
Outputs are suggestions; you remain responsible for the price and commitments that reach a buyer. Credit-spending actions and confirming a sale require human approval (Terms of Use Section 8).
How Do I Change My Cookie Choice?
In the cookie preference panel. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out.

Which Law Applies?
The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. This does not affect mandatory rights in your country (Terms of Use Section 14).
