These terms apply when you connect WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger to Praxtify and form part of the Terms of Use. In one sentence: the account and number are yours, Meta bills you directly for messages, and we set up the connection.
1. The Account and Number Are Yours
- Your WhatsApp Business account (WABA) and phone number belong to you. Praxtify, as a Meta approved technology provider, sets up the connection and sends and receives messages on your behalf.
- The WhatsApp Business app on your phone keeps working (Coexistence): messages you send from the phone also appear in the panel.
- You can disconnect at any time; your number stays with you.
- On Instagram and Messenger the connection runs through your Instagram professional account and Facebook page; those accounts are yours.
2. Message Fees: Meta Bills You, We Do Not Collect Them
- Meta bills you directly for message fees. You add your own payment method to your Meta Business account and pay Meta.
- Praxtify does not collect this fee, does not add it to your subscription, does not deduct it from your credits and does not refund it. Disputes, corrections and refunds are handled with Meta.
- If no payment method is set up, paid sending does not start.
3. What the Fee Depends on
- The fee depends on the message category (marketing · utility · authentication) and on the recipient's country.
- Meta usually updates its rate card quarterly; taxes are applied by Meta.
- Replies you send inside the 24-hour window opened by the customer writing to you are free. After the window closes, a message is a template message and is charged.
4. The Cost Shown İs an Estimate
The amount shown in the panel before sending is an estimate, calculated from the recipient country, the category and Meta's current rate card. The binding amount is on Meta's invoice. Praxtify is not liable for the difference between the estimate and the invoice.
5. Meta Rules and Opt-in
- You comply with the WhatsApp Business Terms, Messaging Policies and Commerce Policy.
- Obtaining the recipient's opt-in and keeping the record is your responsibility. Sending without permission leads to restrictions on your number.
- Commercial messages to recipients in Türkiye fall under Law No. 6563 and İYS; managing consent and opt-out records is yours.
- Meta may lower the sending limit of a number whose quality rating drops, restrict it or disable it. That decision is Meta's, and Praxtify cannot override it.
6. Consultant Notifications
Meta fees for notifications Praxtify sends from its own number to your consultant (new inquiry, meeting reminder) are borne by Praxtify and are not charged to you. These notifications are optional and can be turned off.
7. Data
Messages passing through these channels are also processed on Meta's infrastructure, where Meta's own terms apply. Processing on the Praxtify side is covered by the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement. Meta is listed among the planned subprocessors (Other Service Providers).
8. Outages and Changes
Outages in Meta's API and changes to its policies or rate card are outside Praxtify's control. Such changes may affect this part of the service; if the effect persists, we will inform you.
