This policy explains cancellation and refund rules for Praxtify subscriptions and credit packs. It forms part of the Terms of Use and applies to commercial (B2B) use only.
1. The Credit Rule
Your monthly credits reset at the end of each period. Credit packs you purchase are valid for 24 months and are non-refundable.

2. Subscription
- Subscriptions are periodic (monthly or annual) and renew until cancelled; the fee is charged in advance at the start of each period.
- You can cancel in the billing section of your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep using the service until then.
- We do not refund the unused part of a paid period on a pro rata basis.
- If you upgrade mid-period, the difference is prorated; a downgrade applies from the next period.
3. Credit Packs
- Once purchased, a credit pack is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Purchased pack credits are valid for 24 months; unused credits expire at the end of that period.
- Monthly credits included with your subscription reset at the end of each period and do not carry over.
- Credits belong to the organization, are shared between its users and cannot be transferred to another organization.
4. Exceptions — When We Do Refund
We refund amounts paid in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges or a billing error on our side.
- Extended outage: if, within one billing period, an outage attributable to us exceeds 48 hours in total, we refund that period's fee pro rata on request.
- Wrong plan: within 14 days of purchase, if you have not made substantial use of the service and tell us you chose the wrong plan.
Send refund requests to info@praxtify.com; approved refunds reach your payment method within 10 business days.
5. Meta Message Fees
WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger message fees are not collected by Praxtify; Meta bills you directly. Refunds for those fees are handled with Meta (Messaging Channels Terms).
6. Taxes
Unless stated otherwise, amounts exclude taxes. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout, and refunds follow the applicable tax rules.
7. Suspended Accounts
No refund is given for remaining time or credits on accounts suspended or terminated for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
