This page lists the other service providers — subprocessors in the language of the law — that Praxtify uses to provide the service. It is maintained under Section 5 of the Data Processing Agreement: we update this page and notify customers at least 30 days before adding a new provider.

AI providers: requests pass through the Vercel AI Gateway. Providers operate under zero data retention terms or terms that exclude using content for model training; a provider that does not meet this is not used.

The providers below come into use when the related feature is enabled; the table is updated before that, and the 30-day notice period applies.

3. Infrastructure Providers
The providers above may run on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud, Cloudflare) of their own. Those are subprocessors of our providers, and the contractual chain carries the obligations in Section 5 of the Data Processing Agreement.
4. Change Notifications
We publish changes on this page and notify organization administrators by email. The objection process is in Section 5 of the Data Processing Agreement.
